Tehachapi cross-country completed the regular season earlier this month, with the Warriors taking fourth place and the Lady Warriors third place in the overall SSL standings.

Danielle Tildahl was the top finisher for the Lady Warriors (3-2 SSL), taking eighth place in the finals with a time of 21:52. With the top 10 finish, Tehachapi finished third with 78 points behind champion Shafter (28) and second place Taft (42), while finishing ahead of Wasco (97), Arvin (129) and Bakersfield Christian (150).

On the boys side, the Warriors (1-4 SSL) finished fourth with a 121 score, with Shafter taking the league title with 29 points, followed by Wasco (41), Taft (91), Arvin (108) and Bakersfield Christian rounding out the league with a 180 score.

In the junior varsity ranks, the Braves finished with a 3-2 league record while the Lady Braves completed the season with a 4-1 league mark, losing only to SSL champion Shafter.

Taking all-league honors for Tehachapi this season were Kevin Rooney and Andrew Caldwell for the Warriors, and Jordan Metzler, Eliana Navarro, Rachel Evans, Danielle Tildahl, Amanda Duke, Julia Matzenger, Erin Golackson and Sarah Whitson for the Lady Warriors.
