Liberty Tax Service Grand Opening
It might have been a rainy day on the outside but inside Liberty Tax Service was bright and cheery. On Wednesday January 20, 2008 was the grand opening for Liberty Tax Service. The owner Brian Drucker and his very friendly staff were greeting members from the Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce for their Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting. Brian proudly told the crowd that customer service and extensive training sets his team apart from other tax company’s. Brian has been seen delivering pizza around town with Uncle Sam and the statue of liberty.

Are you using this site as a advertisement for a business? I do believe that's a violation of the TN blog site rules. Shame on you! posted by

Anonnymous~ No I'm not so why is it a shame to post a blog about a grand opening on the Tehachapi News. I attended this event and I wanted to share my experience with with Tehachapi News readers. That is not a violation and I'm sorry you feel this way! I think Tehachapi Blog is a great way to connect with others from the same area. Why would you think I was using this site as an advertisement? posted by

Well thanks for pointing that out for me...I honestly was not trying to promote a business... I am part of the chamber and attended this Tehachapi Chamber event...I just thought it would be nice to share my experience of meeting the new owner...Guess not...I'm newer to blogging and would like to blog about events and businesses...I thought it would be nice to have for newcomers or tehachapi residents...Didn't think it was a big deal but I guess it is for some...Sorry to offend you.. posted by

People advertise on here all the time............why are you jumping down this bloggers throat? I didn't see you freaking out about advertisements about speed dating, Wine and Chocolate tastings, PhishLips, or singing. Heck, if we're going to get all fussy about it would all these pics of dogs up be sort of like advertisements?? Now don't get me wrong none of this bugs me one bit as long as it is something to do with our town. Now, if people from other towns come in and start posting crap that would be annoying. Just seems to me SOME people are having a bad day and decided to take it out on DeVerie. posted by

Hey I have to agree with you girls. As long as its local stuff it should not be a big deal. Small businesses are part of what makes Tehachapi great. posted by

I see those people waving with their costumes on and I have to admire them. They are out in the freezing cold waving and Pizza man is across from them waving his sign. I just wonder who will take up the other two corners to promote their business's. More power to them. I wish sucess to all our small businesses in Tehachapi. posted by
