Obama, Clinton or McCain?

Who would be best to serve as our President?  Much newspaper material, radio airwaves and television video fill our ears and eyes with lots of very agenda-ridden so-called truths and analysis.

In the final analysis not one of the three front runners would serve our country well.  Why?  All three are beholden to special interests groups and each candidate has special interests people actually employed in their respective campaigns.  Each of them serve the multi-national corporations all too well to the detriment of the constitution and "we the people."

But then who do we vote for?  You can either vote for a minor party candidate, not vote at all or just vote on your own state and local issues and candidates.  Each one of these choices would be in fact a demonstration of revolutionary fortitude.  If enough people didn't vote for the Office of the Presidency this time around there wouldn't be enough electoral votes to make a decision and it would be thrown into Congress to sort out.

Maybe it's time to exercise revolutionary fortitude for once and see what happens when the system "breaks."

The vast majority of people in this country who blindly follow politicians  never cease to amaze me, every four years they make the same promises and people believe them, Look at all the people who Blindly  follow Hillary, totally ignoring her corrupt past, pretending it didn't even exist, maybe we do need a Ron Paul type to overhaul the entire goverment, but, thats a scary thought too,

People in this country are too lazy and complacent to "exercise revolutionary fortitude".  And some of them have tunnel vision and can't focus on anything but the past...

Right Joty, but most are just in denial, but try as they might, they can't escape the facts,

There is no denying that Starbucks hates Hillary... she comes up in all his politcal replies.   He hates her almost as much as I hate Bush.

However, to be fair... I think what people do remember about Hillary is that she is a Clinton and people know the Clintons can get us out of the debt the Republicans put us in, they have done it before, they can do it again.   Is that enough reason to vote for Clinton...some obviously think so.

One of my main concerns right now is health coverage, that's why I was supporting Senator Clinton. Once our COBRA ran out, coverage for the two of us (late 50's with a few "pre-existing conditions")under HIPPA was $1500.00 month. So, we are now among the uninsured.

I don't respond to SB1 any more regarding Clinton. No matter what the post, he responds with bullshit - old and boring bullshit. But that's ok, it's his right. But he seldom, if ever, debates other candidates or issues or offer opinions - just his hatred of Senator Clinton. He must spend hours surfing the net to come up with all his anti-Clinton sites, although one of them linked to an absolutely wonderful pro-Clinton site. I think there's more to the story there, but - as Rhett said to Scarlett, "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn."

I'm passed my hatred of Bush. It's hard to hate someone so pathetic and ineffective. No wonder Jenna didn't want to get married at the White House...

Unfortunately Bush has been pretty effective.  We'll be a few decades digging out from all the things he effectively accomplished.  Of course, that is pathetic, so you're half-right.

As for Clinton, Camile Paglia is my authority on all things Hillary. http://www.salon.com/opinio...

(as) president Hillary would go right on spewing the bitterly partisan rhetoric that has already paralyzed Washington. ...  with her thin, spotty record, tangled psychological baggage, and maundering blowhard of a husband, (she) is ....a brittle, relentless manipulator with few stable core values who shuffles through useful personalities like a card shark....

I kind of like her right now, just for her unwillingness to give up, but if she actually won, I'd remember why I couldn't stand her soon enough.

Well, I just read Nader is running again. If I change my mind and vote, it'll be for him...

Like the title of this blog, Fearless Political Commentary, I don't have any fear at all about commenting on Hillary, and it looks like most of the country is on my side, they don't like her, they don't want her, every vote for Obama was a vote against Hillary, defending her is a losing cause, like her campaign, I think the biggest difference between you two hating Bush and me hating  Hillary, is that I agree with you that Bush has made alot of mistakes and looks pretty stupid, I am not in denial of that, but Hillary supporters will never admit the huge amount of corruption that was part of their administration and their history going back to Arkansas, its fact, accept it and deal with it, denial just makes you lose credibility.
