I brought my best friend back home tonight. My Boston Terrier, Oreo, has been living with an elderly woman for the past year. She had to be moved to an assisted living center this weekend. I met up with her son at the intersection of 99 and 166. I don't know who was happier. He feels right at home but is camera shy. I got Oreo when he was just 5 weeks old after his mother passed away. I would take him with me in the mall and into Church on Sunday's to bottle feed him. He is now 10 years old. I burned the midnight oil last night to bring you these two pictures. I drove down to Vandenberg Air Force Base to watch the launch of the Delta 2 rocket carry the Jason 2 satellite into space. |
