Shawn - > Ellie the foster mamma doggie -> Ellie's 1st day :)
Ellie's 1st day :)
She has a large room with a doggie door to go outside when she wants too.  The back yard is at least 1 1/2 acres that is fenced.  She went out there yesterday and explored all of it.  She would come inside for a bite, a drink and a nap.  Then out again looking around.  She would follow me every time I went out side to do something.  She gets along with a variety of cats as we have several. Also she was just fine with our Shitzu Minnie.  She slept in her crate all night like she had been raised in it from day one.  She is just a sweetheart.  I hope her puppies get her personality.  Thanks to all that have helped her.

I went with you to pick her up from the rescue yesterday morning and she is a very sweet dog. Then when we got her to your house she seemed to just settle in like instantly. Although her and Cricket are a little skeptical about eachother, it's all good for a begining. I can't wait to see her puppies and how many she will have too.

Thank you Shawn for you! I wanted to foster her, but we are in the middle of building a home and my husband didn't think it would be fair to her with all the noise and confusion. I would actually like to adopt Ellie when all her pups are weaned and she's ready. We live in Sand Canyon on 2.25 acres, I think she'd like it here...

Glad to hear Ellie is doing well, Shawn.  Thanks again for fostering her.  Please keep us posted on the upcoming litter.  I'll bet her babies will be cute!  Susie
