All in all, if I summed up my week, it was one catastrophe after another. There was no lack of sadness or tears, there was drama and uneasiness, very few smiles and alot of frustration. Life's like that. It was still a good week despite the problems.

One day we can be floating on top of the world. The next we fall to the ground. But we get up eventually. Sometimes frustrations are at every corner but only you can choose how to deal with that. You can walk around with a scowl, being angry and unhappy or you can just accept it, smile, and be thankful.

Be thankful for the things that didn't go wrong that could have. Be thankful for the wisdom the negative experiences have given you. Be thankful for the country you live in and the safety it provides you with. Be thankful for the opportunity to live another day.

Smile at a stranger. Wave to your neighbor. Happiness is contagious.

Over the weekend our kitty cat was hit by a car. We rushed him to the vet but there was nothing they could do. His injuries were very bad.

I had never been to the tehachapi vet before and just wanted to send a quick thank-you to all of the employees there. Everyone was very kind and very thoughtful from the reception staff to the vet himself.

Even though it was a very hard time for us, your kindness and compassion did not go un-noticed or unapprecated. Thanks for all that you do.

I really want to go and get my hair done but I don;t know where to go. I am looking for a color/cut and style preferably somewhere I can get service without having to make an appoinment and wait.

Does anyone have any suggestions of hair salons either in Tehachapi or Bako that will provide great service?

Thanks!
