Details: This is a news release of the Kern County Sheriff's Department. Please do not contact the Sheriff's Communications Center. Date: Wednesday, October 10, 2007 Time: 10:20:36 AM Department contact: Sgt. Ed Komin Phone: 303-4592 Details: On October 9th, Kern County Sheriff Deputies from the Tehachapi substation located and arrested DAVID ROSENBURG, a WMA, 39 years old. He is being charged with the murder of Michelle Cross which occurred on Septmember 19th of this year. He was transported and booked into the Central Receiving Facility. We all screw up. Just because somebody is a drug dealer doesn't necessarily make them a bad person. Last time I checked dealing drugs and killing people were very different crimes. Some of Tehachapi's finest citizens are drug users and have been known to deal as well. These are people we praise and AWARD. You'd never accuse those fine upstanding citizens of murdering anybody because you don't have any idea that those people are drug dealers. So all I'm saying is that we should try not to judge so quickly.

I'm not sure what you mean by personally known to me. Rumor? Hardly. He has a record of numerous arrests for drugs as well as weapons. By the way, I don't know OJ either... I think wawa and progresso are the same people!!! Maybe there are some "fine upstanding" people selling, using drugs. If so, then nooooo, they are not fine and upstanding. They are drug dealers and users. Which I too used to use drugs and I was so far from being fine or upstanding. And drug dealers should be hung. My opinion only. Sorry. They don't care who they sell to and they are helping ruin lives. Blah, Blah, Blah, yeah, the user is ruining their own life. You don't have to say it. Drug dealers are way down on the scale for me.

I don't do drugs but i'm definetely not going to judge those who do. But that's just me. I try to be openminded and give everyone equal respect. But if you hold yourself above everyone else then I can see how a DRUG dealer would be beneath you..... why don't we just skip the trial and kill them all off?! It is almost Halloween. We could have our very own Tehachapi Witch Hunt. :)

You used to do drugs and think all drug dealers should be hung. I used to eat twinkies ... and they could probably kill me but I don't think that the good people at Hostess should be hung. Come on.

soup/water~ I dont personally know "slick" but I know ALOT of people that know him. He is a drug dealer. We dont need a trial judge and jury...He's a drug dealer. Plain and simple, when i first found out about this murder i called my ex boyfriend and i mentioned David Rosenberg..he said oh you mean "slick". He told me the whole rotten story about this guy and my ex boyfriend is no peach. If he tells me he is selling dope, i believe him. posted by

How many twinkies are we talking about? How many can you put away. I can put away a few, but I don't think I'd lose everything. Maybe my pant size. I'd probably get bigger boobs. That could be a plus. However, it would have to be a huge twinkie habit we're talking about. I think you'd probably throw up first. posted by

If i could i would eat twinkies all day everyday. As it is my boss bought this big A__ costco back of candy bars for Halloween and everytime i walk past the bucket i grab 3 or 10!!!!!!!!!! Geez if my boobs get any bigger they will use me as a flotation device. posted by
