Date: Wednesday, October 10, 2007 Time: 10:20:36 AM Department contact: Sgt. Ed Komin Phone: 303-4592 Details: On October 9th, Kern County Sheriff Deputies from the Tehachapi substation located and arrested DAVID ROSENBURG, a WMA, 39 years old. He is being charged with the murder of Michelle Cross which occurred on Septmember 19th of this year. He was transported and booked into the Central Receiving Facility. ?? I said he got what he had coming, didn't I? Where did I "place blame" somewhere other than where it belonged? Can you even TRY to read for content, gube? I merely pointed out that his family has suffered a tragedy - which they have - and I doubt if you would gloat over their misfortune in front of them. At least I hope you wouldn't. posted by

I agree with Joty and Bigdog on this one.. It doesn't bother me that a dealer who has peddled deadly drugs to the people and children of Tehachapi might get twelve years behind bars. KUDOS KCSD Clean up the mess!!!
