Hello my name is Mike. I currently live in Brea CA. I have been looking at buying property in the Tehachapi area so I can build a house and workshop. Woodworking and remodeling are just 2 of my favorite things with movies coming in next. Unfortantly the job market is small in Tehachapi and I still need to make a living. Hello! My husband and I moved here last November/December (it was a long, drawn-out move). We were both from the Antelope Valley and needed to go somewhere away from the crime and general dilapidation that was occurring there. My husband is a truck driver out of Lancaster. He only goes to work twice a week, so his commute is very easy. I think most people here are commuters. Good luck with your search for the perfect land! :)
