Northern AZ.  I used to do fire/medical standby at John McCain home in Cornville/Page Springs, a small town outside Sedona.  And I also worked for a private amb company and covered most of the Mogillion Rim.

My understanding was that Judy and George are moving out of the area and were looking to sell the business, rather than close it.  Is the business actually closed now?  It's a great location for a restaurant, and a good opportunity for someone to take the ball and run with it.  If not hot dogs, then certainly something else...

My info could be wrong but I was told by someone looking to rent in that complex last year that the type of business going in is highly regulated as the owner of the building does not want any competion with their business.  If so this limits what can go in there.  But it is a great location though parking is limited.

 I don't care why the cheating old wiener went out of business. I am pleased she did! But I can't see dumping all that money into a business just to decide to move. No I think that she was a bad bad person and she got what she deserved........remember that this lady is a liar that wouldn't know the truth if it bit her on her azz. I am glad that she is gone and wont be able to cheat any other kids out of their pay. This lady did my kid wrong and I still hold a resentment towards her. The way I feel I hope she encounters more of life failures.

I already went there and looked at the place. It will not work out for me and that is ok because, I found a place. I am in the middle of applying for my SBA loan and I will know if we are a go in 1 or 2 months. If all goes well, we should be open in the spring.
