Have you lost a pet? Following are three animals that have been found in Tehachapi this week: 11/14/07 - Siamese looking cat with tag that reads “Leona” but is a male. Found at the corner of Valley Blvd and Curry St. Please call 822-5770. 11/13/07 - German Shepherd, female, about 2-4 years old with a black harness was turned into the Tehachapi Vet Hospital. The dog is black and tan and appears to be well trained. She was hit by a car and has injuries. The German Shepherd rescue may take the dog in a couple if the owner is not found. The number of the rescue is 818-558-7560. Before then, contact the Tehachapi Vet Hospital to claim her. 11/10/07 - Female white and gray Husky found in Bear Valley Springs. Probably about 3 years old. She was taken to the Mojave shelter, and her ID number is A704280. It is unknown if the dog has a microchip, as she was not scanned before being taken to the shelter.
