Found Dog - Female Border Collie Mix
6/29/08 - Border Collie Mix, female, found in the fenced-in reclaimed water area next to KB Homes. This dog has been sent to a foster home. Another dog, probably her sibling, is still running loose there, and people have been trying catch it. No one knows how long they have been in the fenced area without food or water.
