Does anyone know what date the Farmer's Market will begin this year?  I'm hoping for the Thursday before Memorial weekend, because my Mom is coming up for her birthday, and she really wants to go to one of those (and how often can you get a Thursday off?) : O)

Is there somewhere that has a listing of adult classes and activities in Tehachapi?  Recreational classes (cooking, painting, etc.), good for meeting new people and having some fun.

I purchased a small 5'x4' shed online for my backyard.  I need someone to build a level, simple wood-frame floor/foundation for it.  It's not a permit-needed situation, so I don't need a licensed contractor or anything.  I even have plans from the shed manufacturer on how to do it.  I just don't have the power tools or extra set of hands needed to build it.

I need some recommendations on someone who would be able to do a good job for a fair price.   I'll only consider someone who is honest (by reputation and given references) and will do the work within a couple of weeks from now.  Again, they don't have to be licensed or anything, just skilled and fair.
