Police Dept ???
I noticed that the ads in the paper for city police officers and sergeants is gone. I'm curious how many people applied. Does anyone remember when they said they would be hiring? I noticed that they will all be required to pass a written test, a physical fitness test, a polygraph exam, a psychological evaluation and a drug screen before being hired. I also noticed that they called for lateral police officers. Hopefully this will keep the backround fail rate low and we'll have no hang ups in the hiring process. I'm glad we are doing this the right way. : )
