Lot for Hall Ambulance?
So I found a commercial lot in Golden Hills West for Hall Ambulance. :) Not that it will make a difference.

Thanks Countygirl. It has to be zoned C-2. Is it? Not just any commercial lot will work. Why dont you call them and give them the information. And its Hall not Hall's.

Why don't he just rent a house in Golden Hills he has done that before. If Hall's wanted it, it would be done. I like it when people do 'hit and runs' using anonymous for a name. If you have something to share use a real name and profile. Mr. Hall has an ambulance company, So Hall's Ambulance is correct.

Good question. I'm not sure. I plan on calling them if it is indeed a C-2 zoned lot. Chances are it isn't. Their PR guy said they were looking for commercial land in Golden Hills. Since commercial land in Golden Hills seems rare I'm sure if it fit the bill they'd be building by now. LOL! By the way, thanks for teaching this hick a thing or two. H-A-L-L. This property is on the corner of Country Club and Mariposa in West Golden Hills. :) I still haven't called Hall or Hall's (whatever you wan't to call it) with the info. I was in Bakersfield most of the day yesterday. posted by

Wow. You leave for a little bit and look what happens. :) My reasons for posting this info is to keep people updated and informed. We all love to come on here and rant about things we'd like to see change and people are always assuming that all we do is sit on our computers at home and "complain" . Last time I was on here I asked for a way to contact Hall Ambulance because I had a few things I'd like to discuss with them after an article I read in the paper. Their PR guy responded and I called him. We had a long conversation and during it I was told that Hall was looking for commercial property in Golden Hills to build a house for a second ambulance to run out of. I was encouraged to look for land for this purpose. I looked and I found this lot. The way I see it ...... the ball is in their court. P. S. They can tell people they are looking for land. Now people know that there is land available out there. :) |
