I need help and info on growing vegetables in Golden Hills. It seem every time I plant or start something from seed it eventually dries up and dies off. I know they get enough water (max once a day). Sometimes they turn brown or yellow (to much water) and shrivel to nothing. I've never had this problem any other place/ state I've lived. I heard some where that the water is the issue but didn't hear anything about a solution. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas to try? It is getting warmer and warmer here in Japan. Now many people can be seen enjoying the Sakura in full bloom. Even at night, viewing spots are crowded with people enjoying the blossoms, which are illuminated with lanterns. We can enjoy it at least one more week to go in our area. It is a ncie season for me to take dogs walk. You had snow there? Wow..... My dogs must get crazy! They love snow(and water...) but we hardly have snow here,in my area. Well...I try to update a few pictures that I took there.
Finally I had the moment...Yes,I visited Tehachapi! It was a loooong flight to LAX from Japan, then a long drive to Tehachapi, but anyway I got to there, and have been there for 15 days with my boyfriend.
I love all natures, especially beautiful sky in morning, noon and night.I really had a happy time with him.He took me here and there, outside and inside of a town. Thanks to him! I also tried to drive.I always got lost though. Also,he took me to the office to get 'Tehachapi Tails Calendar' because I read about that here so that I wanted to get it.Now it is hung on the wall for next year. It wasn't enough time to see all,but I'd love to come out there soon, and hope we're going to explore together more and more, hot springs,mountains...etc... I'm excited to visit there again!
