Pictures on dvd

My Sister-n-law made a dvd video with pictures and music for my Mother's celebration of life. This was so everyone could see my Mom from day 1 to current and all her family. Anyway my Sister-n-law neglected to include pictures of some family members and did not include my Mom's favorite songs.

I would like to make a new video with the favorite songs but I do not have a clue how do it? I would love to be able to do another one with all the family in it and with her favorite songs, does anyone know how? And can you have it done at walgreen's or rite aid?

Any help would be appreciated Thanks

Bunee,  You can contact her at www.capturethemagic.us .  Not sure if she has a portfolio put together or not.  Her name is Lisa.

She would be thrilled to know her website is being checked out.  Thanks for asking about it.  I'm pretty sure it's still under construction because she doesn't have her phone number listed.  Not sure which ph# she will be using, sooooo, I better not give it out.   : {

Hello Olivia!  Does your sister have a portfolio and would she be interested in photographing my daughter?
I need someone who can take head shots and full body character photos for her acting resume.
I'd be interested in seeing her work!

My sister just got her business license for photography.  She too has put together pictures and music on DVD.  Bigdog and I were married a little over 2 years ago.  We got married in City Park.  My sister and her husband came in tow with both of their cameras and took tons of pictures.  She then put the pictures together, cropped them, added background to some, did little fancy things to others and **poof **  the end result was a great slide show with 3 love songs throughout depicting the whole day.  It is something that I will cherish forever.  Best wedding gift I received.

Yeah, this is a cool thing.  We just put all our pictures on a DVD from the computer, and laser printed (I think that is what it is called) a picture of my son the the top of the DVD.  He thought he was a movie star.  So funny.  We did this because I was having some problem with my computer and I was afraid I was going to lose all my info....I pretty much use the computer for pictures, music, emails, and this blog.  We would told we might had to start over so everything would be lost.  But luckily that wasn't the case.

Well its not really a very simple thing to explain in a blog.  You need to use something like iMovie if you're on a Mac or Windows Movie Maker if you're on Windows.   They give you the ability to create DVD's that feature pictures and movies and such.

Here's a good link to start with if you are on Windows:

http://www.microsoft.com/wi...

I'm pretty sure Windows Movie Maker is a free download.

I would like to do one for my husband for the kids but don't know how either...let me know if you get an answer. I'm not vey computer literate and  I just figured out how to cut and paste and now I'm cutting and pasting EVERYTHING.  How did I live without it?
