I live in a rental house in Tehachapi and we are on a water well. Our entire home is electric 100% of it. Our Electric bills are OUTRAGEOUS!!!! They run from $450 to $650 a month in the winter time. The owner's of the home next door actually own the well but we pay the electric for it. The well is used by our home and the home next door. I am wondering if anyone knows what the hours are for peace?? I live directly accross from a construction sight and this morning about 5:45am i could hear those darn trucks out there with there noisy beeps going off. Lastnite ( Jan.5th) arround 6pm someone hit our dog with their car. She was let out about 10 minutes before that. We do live on a busy street with alot of fast cars. She broke off of her chain and must of ran out in the road. When i opened the door she was laying there waiting for me.
