Fix the couch
TehachapiFurniture Now that you know that Douglas Furniture has bad customer service what are you going to do about it. I think that you need to bug Douglas about fixing the couch,one phone call ain't getting it. You may not be able to control how Douglas Furniture does business but you can control how you do yours.And if there is more to the story then Jillees01 reported then shame on her.

Shame on her..... Thank you TehachapiFurniture for giving us more of the whole picture. I thought there was more to the story. I have heard through the grapevine that the complainant has a history of ""not being happy'''. I have bought furniture at your store on a couple of times and i had no problems. People tend to jump on the band wagon with out knowing the whole story, its what happened in this case. posted by

Thank you for your comment. We at Tehachapi Furniture Inc. pride ourselves on customer service. We have been contacting Douglas about this problem. The person who purchased the sofa in question has not produced a sales receipt for the sofa. How many stores will help you with a product you purchased nine months ago without producing a receipt. We are. And I assure you, We ARE doing everything we can to resolve this issue. We have been to his house twice and took pictures of the problem and forwarded the pictures to Douglas. I am sure Douglas will resolve this issue. Sincerely, Tehachapi Furniture Inc.
