It's about time we charge these criminals for the crimes they commit

 For years, the chief punishment for immigrants caught working illegally in the United States has been deportation. But prosecutors are now bringing criminal charges that include aggravated identity theft, which can bring a hefty prison sentence. Immigrant rights groups and some members of Congress are challenging the practice.

HONOLULU -- Federal officials said they netted 43 illegal aliens in an immigration raid on O`ahu.U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement Officers executed search warrants over the weekend at the Oasis Apartments complex in Waipahu.Agents said the aliens were employed by a company called The Farms which does agricultural work. The 43 men were all citizens of Mexico.Special Agent Wayne Wills said the investigation is on-going as officials try to determine if the illegal aliens provided fraudulent identification for employment.Immigration removal proceedings have been initiated against the men.

Yasobich thanks for the article..........For years we have been told that these are just poof people that want to better themselves.........But that does not mean they can steal your Identity to do it.........I have been told that the only crime that the are committing is the crime of being here illegally.........As you and others can see that is not true...........I believe ID theft is just the top of the ice burg................many are also into drug smuggling and drug dealing not to mention other illegal activity........One needs to remember that we are not getting the cream of the crop from these 3rd world countries............We are getting the unskilled, uneducated...........

Illegal aliens are not victims.......they are criminals.....................I am happy that some parts of this great country don't see them as victims but as the criminals that they are..............God bless those officials that have the balls to do what is right.........It is right to arrest and deport illegal aliens ..............If the illegal alien has committed crimes while here illegally then it is right to put him/her in jail for those crimes...............It is right and time that these criminals know that if they come here illegally then they are going to jail............so you can take all your victim crap and shove it.........
