Parents Bury Latest Child Victim of Illegal Immigration............................."Tha t bastard!"

On September 10, the parents of 3-year-old Marten Kudlis buried their son at Fairmount Cemetery, after he was killed last week, while waiting for his ice cream in a Denver Baskin and Robbins.

An SUV speeding through the intersection of Havana and Mississippi, with Guatemalan national Francis Hernandez at the wheel, slammed into a pickup truck, which was then pushed into the ice cream shop´s window. The toddler was sitting at a table in front of that window, and was sent flying as the truck came crashing through it.

After the crash, Hernandez jumped from his Chevy Suburban and fled the scene. He was later apprehended without incident.

Marten was taken to the hospital, but died a short time later due to massive internal injuries.

The two women in the pickup truck struck by Hernandez were Patricia Guntharp, 49, and Debra Serecky, 51. They were both pronounced dead at the scene.

KMGH of Denver covered the child´s funeral and reported that the first song heard during the service was Eric Clapton´s "Tears in Heaven."

In a heart wrenching display of grief and anger, Marten´s mother Marat Kudlis shouted: "That bastard!" referring to the illegal immigrant who killed her son. Between the tears, Marten´s father cried out: "I really loved him."

The rabbi conducting the service told the heartbroken family and friends: "This burden feels like more than we can bear because it is so sudden. It´s a parent´s worst nightmare. It does not seem fair and it is not fair to lose someone so young."

A teddy bear was placed in the tiny open casket which held Marten´s body.

notsodesprethousewife thanks for your comment......I couldn't agree with you more......neither of the presidential candidates have the best interests of this great country at heart when it comes to illegal immigration......McCain is for Amnesty too..........He is talking tougher now to get elected but he will sell us down the river just like the rest of the  traitorous Presidents and senators and congressmen before him.............

illegal immigration is a crime......illegal aliens are not victims they are criminals that know and understand that they are here illegally.......They deserve to be arrested and deported......If they committed ID theft then they deserve to be sent to prison, then deported.........illegal immigration is a crime and its wrong.....be a good American and report all illegal aliens today...... 

Any one in this country illegally should not get any benefits that are given to U.S. Citizens. If they are illegal, they should be deported and not allowed to benefit from U.S. programs. I will support and applaud anyone who immigrates here LEAGALLY. They disserve all of the benefits of being a U.S. citizen. 

At least 16.6 Billion dollars being sent back to Mexico from Mexicans here illegally each year......No wonder we are in a economic down spin!

Illegal immigrant takes plea deal in teen's murder in Ore.

OREGON CITY, Ore. (AP) _ An illegal immigrant pleaded guilty to murdering a 15-year-old Texas girl visiting Oregon last year.Alejandro Emeterio Rivera Gamboa admitted that — as he and his cousin attempted to rape Dani Countryman — he pressed his foot against the girl's throat and upper chest until she stopped moving. He also pleaded guilty to abuse of a corpse for moving Countryman's body to another apartment.

Appeals court upholds Arizona immigration law

PHOENIX (AP) — A federal appeals court on Wednesday upheld an Arizona law that penalizes businesses that knowingly hire illegal immigrants and requires them to verify the employment status of their workers.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision rejected a challenge by business and civil-rights groups that contend the law infringes on federal immigration powers.

The law, intended to lessen the economic incentive for immigrants to sneak into the country, imposes civil penalties on employers by suspending or revoking their business licenses when they are found to have knowingly hired illegal immigrants.

In addition to sneaking into the country in violation of the immigration law that requires that aliens be documented for legal entry (referred to as "entry without inspection -- EWI"), others enter with legal documentation and then violate the terms on which they have been admitted by taking jobs that are not authorized or overstaying the authorized period of stay in the country. The INS estimated in 1996 that about 60 percent of the then estimated five million illegal immigrants were EWI and 40 percent were overstayers. Both types of illegal immigrants are deportable under Immigration and Nationality Act Section 237 (a)(1)(B) which says:
"Any alien who is present in the United States in violation of this Act or any other law of the United States is deportable."

I don't call these people immigrants. An immigrant lawfully migrates to another country legally and with proper documentation. Illegal Aliens, sneak, swim, crawl under fences or use any other method available to them to violate immigration laws.
 

Not anti- immigrant, just pro-law

am tired of being characterized as being ignorant or angry or racist or lacking compassion because I do not support illegal immigration.

Illegal activities hurt all of us, particularly the weak and vulnerable, regardless of the motivations behind breaking of our laws.

Look at what is going on in Mexico right now because of citizens' tremendous disrespect for the laws of their country. Bombings at Independence Day celebrations, beheadings of police officers, deeply entrenched corruption and a continual disregard for law, justice or authority at all levels of life

Nations are fragile things, and if we, as citizens of the USA, will not stand firm in support of our laws, our police, our courts and our Constitution, we will have the same terrible problems here.

If we don't stand firm against continual threats to the only thing that holds our very diverse population together, we will all fail, regardless of our skin color, our religion, our culture or our politics.

Illegal immigrants can cause a lot of problems for a country. Besides, security related issues, illegal immigration can also cause an obstacle in a country’s prosperity.
