I think it means the same old song and dance. The Bush adminastration has not enforced the existing immigration laws and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I'm not confused on the illegal immigration issue. If you are here illegally then i don't want you here. That being said i don't want them being exploited either. Sounds rather understanding to me.
