Need a Home
Hello, My name is Brande and I do not live in Tehachapi yet. I have been trying to move my family out there for over a year but with the market value of houses, it is impossible for me and my husband to afford it. We are not low-income but we do not want to get in over our heads with a mortgage payment . I am hopping that there is someone who needs to sell a house but does not want 100,000 or 200,000 over what is owed to consider us for their home. We are selling our home in Ridgecrest, it is located in College Heights on 2.52 acres. A beautiful 3 BR 2BA completely upgraded home with a detached 3 car garage, horse corral, tack shed and workshop. Lots of trees and above ground pool. We are only asking $230,000, we want to move to Tehachapi in Feb. 2008 because my husbands jog is relocating him. If anyone is interested call us 760-371-2533 we want to sell right away.
