I have lit a candle for people who are suffering from the disease of alcoholism and/or addiction.  you can to.

go to this page and click on an unlit candle and follow the directions.  You can also view the other messages by clicking on the initials below the candle.  Or you can start your own candle dedication.  Thank you for your interest and have a blessed holiday.

I also pray for those suffering from alcoholism/addiction.  Holidays are really hard.  My husband has just relapsed again days after Christmas.  I'm praying for him and for those who are also feeling the daily blues that sobriety sometimes brings.  Thanks for the candle lighting page.

Tehachapimom...if you are also someone who is trying to stay sober...get a support group.  Facing issues alone is not the way to go.  If you are not in recovery and are dealing with someone who is trying to stay sober, get a support group.  There are many organizations out there to help people like you.

Thank you for the support.  I know that it's out there.  I appreciate those that truly understand.

I know that I cannot help him.  He can only help himself.  Blah, Blah, Blah.   It's really just so tiring.  I'm sick to death of giving him more time.  I don't really have any more time to give him.

Wow, where did that come from???

LOL,,,,the depths of hell!!!

I pray for him, I worry about him, and I think of him as little as possible.
