Communism means that the "common" holds the ownership of capital property, "capital property" being property that generates wealth - car factories, stamping mills, land, power plants, etc., etc. The vast majority of this property is privately held in the United States, by shareholders of Exxon, General Motors, Cargil, United Airlines, etc., etc., and will remain so under an Obama or Clinton presidency. So that' s big difference - and it is the definitive difference between communism and capitalism. And you do own your house, if you have one, Jim. You know you do because you have to paint it. |
