HELP FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE!
A Little Daily Dark Chocolate Reduces Blood Pressure, New StudyMain Category: Cardiovascular / Cardiology NewsArticle Date: 04 Jul 2007 - 0:00 PDT | email to a friend | printer friendly | view or write opinions | A new German study suggests that eating a small amount of dark chocolate every day could lower blood pressure without increasing weight or other health risks. The study is published in today's issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA). Other studies have already suggested that eating large amounts of foods rich in cocoa can lower blood pressure. This is thought to be because of the polyphenols in the cocoa, a group of beleficial plant chemicals that includes flavanols. Jim Richards 3 comments from 3 users

Dark chocolate is my favorite - but the puppy is fabuous. I think cuddling grandchildren (and adorable pets) is also excellent for your blood pressure.
