It's refreshing to see Stan Beckham as a new face on the City Council and I welcome him. Can he change the mantra of the old timers who preach "same old, same old/don't make any waves/keep continuity" (Smith) or WE are the "outsiders" and THEY are the "Insiders" (Hand)?
