ONGOING MANIPULATIONS OF HALL AMBULANCE
Anyone interested in improving our emergency medical services in the rural areas of Kern County needs to read and follow the award winning coverage in my communities local newspaper - The Mountain Enterprise (http://www.mountainenterpri...).  I am very interested in moving towards ALS Firefighter Paramedics in all of our rural Fire Departments.  Is their any interest out there?? Karen

I think you may be getting your wish soon. I have been told that 12 fire stations in Kern will be going to FF/ Paramedics within a year. KCFD have FF's in medic school as we type. I was told even Watson is on board.
