a classified ad from HIGH MOUNTAIN APARTMENTS described a great apartment complex with a playground and what sounded like a nice place to live. BOY was I fooled we drove through the complex and was in shock as to the TRUE quality of the complex.there was trash everywhere, nothing but dead grass for a yard,  dangerous not to mention large holes from  water leaks to fall in, broken down furniture on the office porch and the playground was no field of dreams it was more like a field of weeds, with 1 swing and a half burned safety hazard of a building for the kids to play on! I am still in shock when I look at the ad and wonder if the person who placed the ad actually thought that the complex was how they had described it and more importantly did they think that we would. how can someone be so dishonest and actually believe that they could actually pull it off and rent this property.x
