Tehachapi Farmers Market
I want to hear honest opinions on the Tehachapi Farmers Market. I am a food vendor (Red House BBQ) at the Market and I would like to know what you think about it and how we can improve it.

Shane, when you say you are going to load up the little brats and take them to the farmers market, where are you going to park the helo?

I absolutely love the FM. Bravo to the person in charge of setting it up. Who knew you could get goat cheese in Tehachapi, and excellent goat cheese at that. I would love to see it at City Park too, we have such a beautiful park it's such a shame to not use it more. It seems to have more vendors each year. However, I have stayed clear of the tacos, as they look "weigh" to good. And by the way, you catered my brother in laws party last summer...Kudos! This man can cook people!!!

Love the farmers market! But here is a thought why not have it at the City Park where the movie is at? It seems to me if the town is supporting the farmers market and then driving to the park why not make an afternoon and evening of the fun. I think you would be able to spread out more in the City Park also. Just a thought but I have moved out of state and Tehachapi's famers market compared to this one no contest Tehachapi won! posted by

Yes, we make the Indian Tacos. I have been trying to convince my guys to wear bikinis but, their not having it! The Farmers Market is on Thursdays from 4 to 7pm and it will run to the end of Sept. We do hope to see you all there. I am moving the location of my booth to the middle of the park. I have been told that parking is not too bad and with a short walk you are there. I completely agree with the restroom situation, they need more. Thanks again and remember, we also do catering.

I haven't gone yet because it's not on a day that is convenient for me. I really would love to go sometime though!

Are you the guys that make the Indian Tacos? They ROCK! You guys have a great location too, right at the crosswalk, I always stop there and get a taco before perusing the wares. My wife and I love the fresh veggies too. But it is kinda hard to find a bathroom there. A few extra seats to sit down and eat would be cool too. How about getting some bikini clad chicks to make your tacos!!! KIDDING!!! Now don't get all wound up everybody, it was just a joke! posted by

I got some great goat cheese there last week. I will be back for more. My wife likes the fresh vegetables. We enjoyed walking and looking around the market.
