S.T.O.P.'s spokesdog, Oscar, is working hard along with Elaine Palance, the group's spokesperson, to sell roses from Susie Hubbards's award winning garden featured in Better Homes and Gardens and Sunset Magazine. All proceeds with go toward fostering his fellow canine and feline friends and building a staffed facility right here in Tehachapi. Please help Oscar help the animals.
