This week!

Haven't been on here for a while. Spent last few days in Memorial Hospital. Had a little plumbing done. Went in for a Angio-plaste, Doc had to do an "Intervention" and inserted a "Stint" while in there, all is OK now. At home taking things easy for a few days. Gotta get on a special diet and start doing alot of walking.  Amazing what the Doc's can do now adays. Got to watch the whole thing on TV while they worked inside my heart and veins.

We are looking for a new puppy, one for me to work with. Not sure when we will find the right one. Still looking for a pool to train Andy in until we can have our own pool installed. Having a hard time finding places to train at. The local  small "lakes" are not being circulated as much as earlier and are getting very dirty.

Granddaughter and her hubby are heading for Auburn this weekend and taking a nephew along as a "Junior Handler"  to let him learn how to jump Andy. Hubby is helping with running the competition.  Will let all know how Andy does there. They are still planning to taking him to Oregon next month to show off.  Then to the Worlds in Scottsdale AZ.

On the softball front, I am working on putting on a14u-16u Tournament on Sept 22-23. If I can get 8 teams to enter I will put it on,  I am doing it at cost to give local teams a place to play with out having to go out of town and pay for the hotels/food/gas expense.

Wow, sorry to hear that you were out of commission for a while, but glad to hear that they were able to get you all fixed up again. A puppy is a great walking motivator, as well as exercise in general, since they have all of that energy to burn. Sorry to hear you haven't found a pool yet. I'd let you use mine, if I had one to lend.

Keep us posted on how Andy does next week, and take care of yourself.

Understand, guess my answer is to have a pool installed in my back yard. But getting permits for the pool and dock will be a pain in the kester, not to mention the cost.  You have a nice day and tell your master to have a good one also,,,,,,,,,,
