I wish to congratulate Mrs. Sterk on winning the honor of Mother of the Year! I know she is a wonderful woman, and in no way want to "rain on her parade". However, knowing that her daughter ( and the mother of the child who submitted the nomination) works for the Tehachapi News, I would have thought she would be ineligible to win. |
