What's on your menu Tehachapi?
I like the meat and potatoes stuff, but what really whets my appetite is variety. The more exotic the more palatable.

Exotic Christmas food
I'm looking for something different to make for Christmas dinner. Something my family would never expect to eat. Any ideas? I've considered escargot or froglegs, if I can find some.

About 8 years ago, I suprised the family with Alder smoked pheasant breast and quail breast cooked in pommegranet.  It was fantastic.  Sliced red potatoes fried in olive oil with rosemary, with homemade biscuts cooked in a dutch oven...

Good luck and Merry Christmas

If you are looking for exotic meats or wild game, let me know. I can even give you some tips on how to prepare them. I own a local catering company that specializes in Buffalo and other exotics.
