What's on your menu Tehachapi?
I like the meat and potatoes stuff, but what really whets my appetite is variety. The more exotic the more palatable.

Summer Vacation

Is anybody planning to go somewhere fun this summer? I went to Mexico recently  but the trip  was just too short. I think I've been bit by the "vacation bug." I keep daydreaming about getting a deliciously bronze tan, drinking foofy cocktails and flirting with chiseled men named Antonio or Jacques — When in reality, the best I can probably hope for will be sitting in traffic for several hours with a couple of screaming kids in the backseat and a husband with road rage who can't stop swearing about the price of gas.

I've been watching this show called "1,000 Places to See Before You Die," on the Discovery Channel, which is one reason to justify the cost of HDTV, even if it does take a bite out of your vacation fund. Has anybody been to any of those incredible places?

No, not fun.  We are moving back east.  So I'll be having screaming kids in the car for a 1400 mile drive..lol.
