theoneandonlyannonymous is Stan Beckham!!!!  I know this because he has sent me emails from this profile as well as many others that have the same IP address. This address goes to a Road Runner account that Stan's website and "real" e-mails come from. Here is a list of other profiles coming from Stan's IP address;

 Didn't mean to straighten your hair Curly.  I was just asking a question about something I heard and you go on the attack and call me a mudslinger.  What's up with that?  I guess we know where you stand as far as the city and that we can rely on you for correct information which means we can't rely on you for much accuracy on any subject.  The city manager has made so many gaffs I wasn't surprised to hear of this recent problem.  You didn't deny or explain anything I asked about.  Curly, why don't you enlighten us with your truth? 

You guys laugh about hearing news from a waitress.  I'm glad they don't know who you folks are.  Your remarks are condescending and you would have a hard time being waited on in this town.  I find that the people of this town are much more informative than other sources we have here in town.  And, I still don't have an answer.

I know the waitress at Kelcey's and I talked to her today about what she told you! 

recallbeckham is misguided or deluded.  I know that I have never sent any e-mails to this person.  I don't know about the other stuff but I am going to leave this post up and not report it to the Tehachapi News, that is if recallbeckham doesn't pull it down first.

Why would you jeopardize someone's job by identifying them on the blogs?  That's why I didn't name the restaurant where I heard this from.  recallbeckham doesn't have the people's interest at heart here, he's only cares about himself.  What makes you think it was a waitress from Kelcey's where I got my information?  This is a small town and word travels fast.  You are being irresponsible.

I thought something like this was already reported in the news. I know the part about Las Palmas closing down for a bit so the common wall that it shares with the Beekay could be fixed was reported. As for the fires.....I'm not surprised. Did you know they were using torches to peel up the old paint in the depot? Now those fires don't sound so surprising anymore do they. They were also being used by city employees not inmates. As for the fire dept not stopping....give me a break. If the fire was reported they would of had to have stopped. Why are waitresses putting out fires anyhow? They don't have enough people working at the depot or what?

I agree countygirl, the fire department not stopping sounds a bit far fetched to me.  But no I didn't know they were using torches to peel off the paint.  That sure doesn't sound safe.  But I thought the work was past that stage.  What the heck?  Like I said the story of the fires and the waitress helping put it out is just here-say.  I thought someone else out here might have more information to offer.  That's the gist of the blog.

The part of the Las Palmas story that got me was Greg Garrett demanding that they close.  Not asking, demanding.  This bothers me a great deal.  The fact that the owner had to get a lawyer in order to be treated fairly bothers me too.  This is not how our city government should operate.  Our city government works at our pleasure, not the other way around and that seems to have been forgotten somewhere along the way.

I do know that the city has been using CCI inmates for labor lately.  This is not a problem, they are supervised and hopefully not violent offenders.

This person wasn't dragging anyone through the mud or slandering anyone.  You are the one in vicious attack mode.  All you did was denegrate people in a fine profession and not offer any comment of real value.  That brings into question the value of any of your comments.  You seem to want to be a person in the know.  If so, then contribute something positive.

And the same for recallbeckham.  What a joke that you have 300 signatures on a recall petition.  My Aunt Fanny.

This is the original piece of work that made me so upset. Greg Garret is a wonderful person, does not yell, has patience for miles and miles (we used to work for the same manager, who we all loved, but made us a little bit crazy... except Greg. Coolllll as a cucumber.), and who is simply put, A Good Person.

Note that I have done a little research, including exchanging emails with Greg Garrett, and this whole story is a fabricated as well as his stories about Shane, etc. This story is completely backwards... The City volunteered to pay the costs for removal of the shared wall, which is apparently typical in older buildings like this, and replace it onto Las Palmas property while Las Palmas had to shut down (losing revenue) to accomplish this.

HA! I said "integrity". It's the word of the day, kids... Gotta use it in a sentence today.

P.S. Greg and me are going to Las Palmas for lunch next time I'm home... does that sound like he's got open issues with the owner?
