Heading home
. I will be spending both Christmas and New Years in Tehachapi next week for the first time since 1999--even including my stint as a resident again in 2004-2006. And now I hear you all had snow last week. Man, I swear. Sometimes I think this whole global warming thing's just about irritating me. If Chris was the one making your sandwich...you would have thought $5.95 was underpriced. He was the resident sandwich maker there...now he bakes. Go in there ask for Chris...tell him his mom sent you, he will hook you up. I like the roast beef, i get red onion, bell pepper, avacado, swiss cheese etc. They are great. Certified cook or not, I guess i must be biased for my sandwich makin son...I will pay $5.95 for one of his sandwiches any day. Shoot...i would pay a million dollars just to see his face and that grandson of mine.

which is your favorite sandwich???? I found them(Kohnans) to be kind of overpriced. Went there the other day and got a tuna sandwich. Must admit it was tastey..., but $5.95 for a tuna sandwich????!!!!. Being a serv-safe annd HAACP certified cook myself, I guess I should have left time in the morning to make it myself. My apologies... I guess we are paying for the convienience of it all.
