It used to come out on Wednesdays, and there used to be a police blotter in the paper-copy. So far as I know, that is still the case... Anyone who's at home... can you confirm?

I've been tied up in meetings and other nonsense all day! To answer your question, the Tehachapi News is available at local rack sales locations and by home delivery between Monday and Wednesday of each week. The publication date is always Wednesday, even though some folks get it on Monday or even Tuesday. Unfortunately, weekly publication creates a wee, journalistic time warp.

As for news coverage of Antelope Valley area items, we try to focus on hyper-local, Tehachapi area news. When space is available, we publish the Tehachapi Police Department activity summary.

Tricia, was it an article relating to Tehachapi?  No offense Carin as I don't want to bite the hand that feeds me but lately too often we have to post links here to the Californian or other newspapers for articles about Tehachapi....even a week af two after the event.

thanks for the info it was a article about a arrest and called a family member and they said it was  in todays paper...around the sports section but I cant see it on the  internet.... so ....... just wanted to read it for myself.... thank you so much  for all your help
