Best DVD you've seen recently?
My family tends to purchase DVDs to view. With the movie prices these days, it's usually cheaper than actually going to the theater to see them.

Anyway, I just have to say soemthing about "Not just the best of The Larry Sanders Show." If you ever watched The Larry Sanders Show on HBO, you know what a hilarious series it was. Well, this DVD set has some of the best episodes from the show, along with all sorts of added features that will make you laugh out loud.

So, there's my recommendation for the week. How about yours?

Little Children was good, but it's not for little children. Grown-up movie only.

And Epic Movie was soooo insanely stupid and crude, it was great. "Enough is enough..." If anyone gets that quote, I will be surprised.

"Pan's Labyrinth"  Great visuals, heartbreaking story - all from a little girl's point of view.  Gets VERY brutal NOT for kids.  Takes place in Spain in 1944.  Amazing.

"The Prestige" is one my wife and I just watched and like a lot.  Although I guessed  the end early on its very entertaining.  If you have trouble following English accents you might have a hard time following along though.  It moves quickly and there are some great plot twists!  It's one of those movies that makes you question "Which one is the bad guy?" over and over. :)
