Spoiling the furkids...
Well, no doubt about it --- it's hot!
I'm a very well-loved cat, and as such my parents keep me indoors all of the time. Plus, in weather like this they will leave on the air conditioning for me, even when they aren't home. Of course, they also leave on the TV or radio when they are gone for a while, so I'm not stuck here in silence. How about you other pet parents out there? Do you do anything special for your pets when it heats up outside? 6 comments from 6 users

![]() Our new Beta fish, "Curly Shirley," so named by my 3 year old daughter, enjoys ice cubes too! Our cats and dogs also like them and I've thought about making little pooch popsicles and kitty cubes for them with various left overs. posted by

My kittens (3 & 5 years old - not really kittens anymore) love TV - so we leave it on for them when we are gonna be gone all day. And yup, they are in-door only. There are beasts out there in the wild, just waiting for an unsuspecting kitty for lenture out - much too dangerous.
