I have no idea what was posted by starbucks, 'cause all I see is a red x in a box. I guess I'm not missing much... Sorry for the detour weebles - I didn't really think anyone would be so juvenile as to take up my challenge when I suggested that movie. I should have known better... :-( posted by

Sorry if your sense of humor doesn't engage on the Brokeback picture girls, its actually an old joke that most people find funny, oh, and Joty, my wife did see that picture a long time ago and laughed, then again , she does have a sense of humor, ease up girls, its just a joke,, and to awsome mom, yea, thats funny, "you've got mail", gee, you seem to get my joke too, makes me wonder how many other people who read this got a chuckle out of it, I bet most people,, posted by

Starbucks...I'm a little disappointed that that's the best you could come up with. Way to take a nice blog post and turn it into something tawdry. Oh well, boys will be boys, I guess. Guess that's why I prefer men. posted by

You know what? I'm going to add 50 First Dates to this. I think any love story where one of the people loves unconditionally in the face of such adversity (even if taken light-heartedly) is extremely moving. The stuff Adam Sandler faces in that movie actually reminds me of some older couples that I have known that have dealt with Alzheimer's. posted by

I'll add: Notting Hill City of Angels Some Kind of Wonderful Fever Pitch (and I'm not even a baseball fan) Fried Green Tomatoes Brokeback Mountain (yeah, go ahead, say somthin') Romeo & Juliet (the one from the '60s) posted by

I forgot Love Story...you know, "love means never having to say you're sorry..." I've never seen Chocolat, and I'm a huge Depp fan. I've never seen the Notebook either...

I can't believe that no one has mentioned ---- THE NOTEBOOK! I am the kind of person who hates to watch movies more than once but the notebook I can watch over and over again. I cry every time. |
