http://www.tehachapinews.com/home/Blog/Dogmomma/25799 Well, this week is going to break at least one record for me:&nbsp; I've never had more than 15 dogs on my property at once!&nbsp; By Tuesday of this coming week, I will have sixteen dogs here-twelve of them are foster dogs that need new homes! Its raining dogs out there, shelter rescues, puppies, pregnant dog moms going into labor while trying to cross busy streets, owner-surrenders, evictions,&nbsp;forclosures...it really never ends, even in our little mountain town. That is why STOP began and why we ARE going to get a shelter built here.&nbsp; Every day we have to say no because we don't have space, money or sometimes even just a safe place for a stray dog to spend one night. STOP is having its next Adoption Day on Saturday May 10th, 12-3 pm at Canine Creek Dog Wash and Boutique.&nbsp; If you have evr thought about adding another furry friend to your pack, and just in time for the summer fun that kids and their companion animals have, then come on down next Saturday.&nbsp; I know that I have neverhad such a wonderful group of great dogs to choose from. They won't all be there, of course (calm down Susie, really!!) but there should be a wonderful selection of dogs there, from tiny to large and they all deserve to go home with you! The STOP dogs are all listed under my shelter as well. There were thirteen dogs on the site this morning and more being added after this weekend when I return from a little R&amp;R.&nbsp; Expected arrivals include a male 12 week old yellow lab puppy, a 9 month old female black fuzzball puppy, an older red Queensland, a small male red Queensland mix and a male 1 year old chocolate lab.&nbsp; Most are already fixed with shots.&nbsp; See you then or before if you want the best selection.
