I posted a blog on here about it and within a couple of days i had a lady by the name of Karen contact me. She told me that she knew of someone that was getting rid of a bike. So she put me in contact with this lady by the name of Jen and today i drove my son over and he picked up his new bike. He was so excited. Just when something bad happens the Tehachapi people come together to make something great happen!! Thanks again Jen and Karen for getting my son another bike. You guys are awesome!!</font></address> http://www.tehachapinews.com/home/Blog/Familyof4/8319 <p><strong><font color="#003366" size="3">We just recently moved to a new neighborhood to get away from our old neighborhood that was going down hill.&nbsp;We were hoping that&nbsp;this one&nbsp;would be a lot better. We have 2 boys that love to play outside with the bikes and toys. So Friday night 4-20-07 my oldest had been out playing all day and come in for dinner and forgot to put his&nbsp; bike and helmet away. Well we woke up Saturday morning to find just a helmet laying in our front yard. Which we don't have much of a front yard so it was pretty close to the house. I confirmed with my son that his bike must of also been out there next to the helmet and he said yes. So someone stole my 7 year olds bike. How sad is that. My son was devastated. I don't think he realized that&nbsp;someone would really do that. And yes we had told him to put his stuff away but he had forgotten too. So i just want to warn everyone put there stuff away and lock the doors and windows. It does not matter what kind of neighborhood you live in!!&nbsp;</font></strong></p>
