We need to get organized as rural communities to improve our emergency medical services.&nbsp;&nbsp;<font color="#ff0000">Has anyone ever heard of a county&nbsp;taxing a community to hire&nbsp;a private contractor (HALL) to&nbsp;improve emergency medical services?</font></font></p> <p><font face="Verdana" size="4">On June 12th the County Board of Supervisors will&nbsp;propose a $125 increase in property taxes for Pine Mountain to&nbsp;improve our emergency medical service.&nbsp;</font></p> <p><font face="Verdana" size="4">If it happens here to Pine Mountain, it will set the stage for all of Kern Couty rural areas.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</font></p>
