                <description>&lt;p&gt;You pretty much nailed it, Indy.  Yet despite all that history, following September 11, a candlelight procession in memory of the victims in New York was held in Tehran - in marked contrast to the reactions of some of the neighboring states. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nontheless, when their president came to New York our government refused his request to lay a wreath at Ground Zero.  You&#039;d almost think we WANT emnity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Of course, Cheney and Bush are a pair warmongering fools - either of which might explain their otherwise irrational conduct.  Anybody else want to try?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
