Is the desired recourse to chastise them or help them, through polite discourse, do it better? I see no reason to flame them. However, I do suggest a very constructive comment be made to them that you were frustrated there were insufficient supplies in English (comments to the blog certainly make us aware, but to what beneficial purpose?). I would always think about exactly what I am trying to accomplish and how to constructively get it done without inflammatory comments. I'd for sure contact the supervisor and have a polite discussion--that would certainly help everyone, and you would be respected for it.
