I never read about it in the paper and stopped going to City Council meetings after a senseless tongue-lashing from an ill-informed Councilwoman Hand and general frustration with the lackadaisical participation and overall lack of common sense by council members as a whole. Anyhow, has anyone heard about this bike path or plans for it? I believe grants generally have a time limit in which to use them and wonder if this is another free community enhancement that will fall by the wayside due to lack of follow-through by city leaders?
