I live directly accross from a construction sight and this morning about 5:45am i could hear those darn trucks out there with there noisy beeps going off. I wanted to walk out of my house in my p.j.'s and slap someone!! lol I think anytime before 7am is rude but i was wondering what the law is? And also who would i complain to about the noise?
