fires at the depot

I am the waitress that put out the two fires at the depot prior to it burning down. I am writing this in reguards to blogs that have been posted about me. I did not appreciate the comment from "anonymouser" posted on may 29, saying...quote, "did she do her civic duty and call 911? Or was she the one who started them?" end quote...First of all, ANONYMOUSER...let me tell you step by step what happened so there is no confusing you...

It was on a tuesday a couple of weeks ago and I was at work, At Kelcy's restaurant as "recallbeckham", who claims to know me, so boldly decided to tell everyone. Although I am not a manager, I was the senior employee that day. one of my co-workers said "laura...is there supposed to be a fire unattended over there?, while pointing at the depot. I looked up and said NO...then I called to another employee, "call 911...I'm going to try and put it out. I got a couple of pitchers of water and headed across the street, accompanied by one of my guests. I put out the fire, and a police officer showed up. I did not get his name, but can recognize him if neccessary. He got on his radio and said that the fire appears to be extinguished. About 10 or so minutes later, (if i had to estimate the time) the fire department drove by, or "did a drive-by", as ANONYMOUSER called it. There are several witnesses to the things I am telling you...EVERY THING IS FACTUAL AND CAN BE PROVEN....that was the first, smaller fire...now lets talk about the second and slightly bigger fire...

Once again, if i had to estimate the time, I would say maybe an hour and a half later the second fire broke out. Once again, I told that same employee to call 911 again, and once again I headed across the sttreet, armed with pitchers of water to try to put out the second fire. This time I was accompanied by another co-workers husband. The first fire was just a bunch of towels that were used for the job. It seemed to be like a chemical reaction from the towels not being washed out. HOWEVER...I AM NO EXPERT ON THIS MATTER, AND IT IS SIMPLY MY OPINION. This fire also had some towels burning, as well as other items that were near by...like a bucket of paint and a solvent of some kind....Everything I have just told you can be verified by either police records or by eyewitnesses that were there.

so...just because someone does the right thing, and happens to be at the right place, at the right time....doesn't give anyone the right to be-little them. Let me ask you this>>>WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE DONE???...LET IT BURN????
