My daughter is dead.&nbsp; I will miss her. en-us <p>I am very sorry for your loss.  </p> <p>I was even more horrified about the manner of her death when I heard that it was an "accident" that wasn't completely accidental.  It doesn't make it better that he "didn't mean to" kill her, it makes it worse.  In his alleged attempt to scare someone he thought was "guilty" of some wrong against him, he killed an innocent person (even in his eyes).  I don't know why people defend  that.  He took  one life instead of another.  His intent doesn't matter. </p> <p>I believe that the only people who are truly innocent in an "accidental" death are those who had no intention to harm anyone and were within the law, a truly "no fault" situation.  Reckless situations don't count (not to be confused with "adventurous").
